Our client requested InnoCres Consultancy to provide them with the best-suited plan for their sales expansion into Europe.  


The Project:

We delivered a validated go-to-market strategy to our client. This strategy contained not only vetted possible business partners, but also specific recommendations on how to fill existent understanding deficits of our client referring to the new geography, e.g.  on the regulatory environment.

We accompany our client during the implementation of this strategy; another of our business verticals, “Implementation Support”.
