Our client, obviously, as many, missed this opportunity and approached us when the water was already in the house.
They commissioned InnoCres Consultancy to provide them with a blueprint for the Business Unit restructuring that would allow them to gain industry leadership in chosen geographies. The peculiarity of the Business Unit is that is it self-sufficient within a global conglomerate.
The Project:
In order to accomplish this project’s deliverables, we combined our own industry experience with that of selected industry leaders with recognized accomplishments in Operations, Development, Regulatory, Finance, HR, Commercial and Business Development.
We delivered a blueprint for the restructuring of our client’s Business Unit. This blueprint contained details on organization of the various functions as well as comprehensive analyses and recommendations on their strategic positioning and work mandate.
