New Business Franchise (II) – Implementation


The Challenge:

As in several innovation projects, especially those centered on a partnership of players at different levels in the value chain and the resulting

new business model, their innate challenges become evident during the implementation phase. Shortly after the contract was signed,

and the day-to-day work had begun. Our client extended our participation in the project beyond the initial steps to lead the implementation work.


The Project:

We worked with our client’s and their local partner’s teams leading their joint efforts to have within a quarter a fully operating joint venture.

Our main dedication was on Revenue Generation, Business Controlling, Patient Treatment and Quality Control.
